Growing up, I was bullied a lot as I was obese and I started developing self image issues and body dysmorphia. I stopped wanting to socialize and isolated myself. I was under-confident, easily stressed and used to overthink a lot. I was not happy.
My relationship with food was also abysmally bad. I would always turn to food to manage my stress and then get stressed out when my weight increased. It was a vicious cycle.
I pushed myself to get out of this, and work on myself. I joined a gym and started working out. At first it was a place to sweat it out and work on my physical fitness. Slowly, I realized I needed to work on my nutrition and that's when my body started showing changes - it was leaner, more active and I was losing fat and gaining muscles. The changes were not just physical - My thoughts were clearer, my mind was more focussed and I was feeling confident, less stressed and happier.
I struggled a lot in my journey, and there was always an abundance of misinformation and a lot of shortcuts being proclaimed as the fast way to get fit. I wanted to learn things the right way, and understand fitness and nutrition and pursued my certifications through ISSA and INFS.
Nutrition and Fitness are so much more to me now than just a way to lose weight.. it is a way of life, something miraculous and magical and I want to share this fitness mindset with the world, and through this, I want to help transform the lives of people who may be facing issues much like my own and bring about a positive change in their lives.
I believe that fitness is a state of mental and physical well being that anyone can sustain throughout their life - a way to live a long and healthy life.
Through the fitness mindset, I want to apply the learnings that I have accumulated through my personal experiences and my certifications on nutrition and fitness to help you transform your mind and body, improve your relationship with food and ultimately your self.
I believe that fitness is not just about looking good, it's about feeling good too. We believe that everyone has the potential to be their best selves, and I am committed to helping our members achieve their goals through a holistic, sustainable approach to health and wellness.

I am an ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certified personal trainer and an INFS (Institute of Nutrition & Fitness Sciences) certified Nutrition and Fitness coach.
In addition to making me well versed in both exercise science and nutrition science, these certifications have equipped me with a structured evidence based understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and thrives through exercise, as well as the critical role nutrition plays in fueling performance and achieving sustainable results.
I take a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring that every plan I design is tailored to your unique needs, goals and lifestyle.
